Grant Sports Hosts First-Ever Robin Hood Cup Awards Ceremony Honouring Grassroots Football Excellence
Grant Sports Organisation Limited proudly hosted the inaugural Robin Hood Cup Awards Ceremony at the prestigious Trent Building, Great Hall, University of Nottingham, celebrating the best of grassroots football from the 2025 edition of the Nottingham Robin Hood Cup.
The elegant evening brought together players, coaches, supporters, and community leaders, along with a distinguished guest list including Ed Attenborough (High Sheriff of Nottingham), Sophie Swanwick (Nottinghamshire FA), Councillor Imran Jalil, Councillor Samina Riaz, and Christy Tang, founder of Hong Kong Notts.
“This ceremony is a reflection of how football goes beyond the pitch — it unites communities, recognises talent, and uplifts grassroots voices,” said Sophie Swanwick during her address.
