Key Responsibilities:
· Create engaging social media content (graphics, videos, posts) to showcase sports news and events.
· Schedule and post content across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
· Assist with live event coverage through social media, including real-time updates, photos, and interviews.
· Collaborate with the news and media team to develop content strategies and campaigns.
Skills and Qualities Required:
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
· Ability to create visually appealing content (graphics, videos, etc.).
· Knowledge of sports and current trends in the sports world.
· Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
· Experience with social media management tools is a plus but not required.

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping organize and execute sports events. You will assist with scheduling, managing event logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during, and after the event.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning and coordinating event schedules and activities.
· Ensure proper communication between teams, participants, and volunteers.
· Help set up and break down event spaces and equipment.
· Manage volunteer assignments on the day of the event.
· Handle any last-minute details to ensure the event runs without issues.

· Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Experience in event planning or a passion for sports event management.

As an Event Assistant, you will be directly involved in supporting the logistics and operation of various sports events. Your role will include assisting with event registration, managing athletes, ensuring participants are prepared, and helping out with any on-the-day tasks.

As a Venue Setup & Logistics Volunteer, you will be responsible for preparing the event venue before the event and assisting with the coordination of event equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in setting up venue spaces, including placing signage, setting up chairs, tables, and equipment.
· Ensure that all event materials (banners, cones, etc.) are in place and easily accessible.
· Coordinate the transportation and placement of equipment as needed.
· Support event staff with venue-related logistics on the day of the event.

Registration Desk Attendant
As a Registration Desk Attendant, you will be responsible for assisting with participant registration before and during events, ensuring that all information is accurately collected, and that athletes are properly signed in for their respective competitions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome participants, coaches, and staff upon arrival.
· Check-in athletes and ensure they have the necessary documentation.
· Provide event materials (t-shirts, schedules, etc.) to participants.
· Help guide athletes and teams to their designated areas.
Skills & Experience:
· Friendly and professional demeanor.
· Organized and detail-oriented.
· Ability to handle high-volume interactions and stay calm under pressure.
